- To provide Environmental Support Services which include field compliance monitoring and sampling, data gathering and analysis in support of regulatory reporting , environmental project management and assistance, hazardous waste inventory management, and associated support services at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach. CA. The period of performance will be 01 June 2007 through 31 May 2008 with four year options. FOB Destination. The resulting contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, requirements type with task order provisions. The requirement is set aside for small business certified 8A firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 562910 and the small business size standard is 13 millions. The complete statement of work and technical specifications will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 20 April 2007 and will close 30 days thereafte r. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (www.neco.navy.mil) web sites. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper copies of these documents will be issued. Offerors must be registered and active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
