- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items: RGB Spectrum Video Processor with 4 graphic inputs, Model No. QVXL40 (qty. 5) and Autopatch Modula 32 X 32 RGBHV matrix without audio, with front panel control video switch, Model No. P34-3232-840 (qty. 5). Sole make and model required no substitutes. The hardware must be the same as the tactical system hardware already in use to ensure software compatibility. Further details shall be provided in RFQ #N66604-07-Q-2607, which is expected to be released on or about 04/20/2007. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Required delivery is 2 wks. ARO, F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Size standard is 750 employees.
