- N00178-07-Q-1105 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS AND FROM THIS POINT FORWARD IS REFERRED TO N00178-07-R-1024. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Government intends to award via full and open competition under FAR part 13.5 Procedures. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase two ruggedized computers with hard drives and an option for two additional and five ruggedized computers with drive bays without drives with an option to for six additional. The contract shall be firm fixed. FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-07-R-1024. Request for the solicitation shall be directed to XDS112 at (540) 653-7478 or fax (540) 653-7088 or via e-mail at DLGR_NSWC_XDS11@navy.mil. no later than 17 April 2007 at 2 p.m. EDT. This procurement is set a side for small business. The NAICS code is 334111 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
