This modification will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 11, 2007. PAPER COPIES OF THIS MODIFICATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Modification number is N8360A71083. The purpose of this modification is to add the attachments and change the return date to April 23, 2007. The anticipated award is April 30, 2007. Responses from the offerors will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation hard copy until the sue date specified in the solicitation, with manual signature of the authorized company official.
