- Fish and Wildlife Service at Sheldon Hart National Wildlife Complex located in Lakeview, Oregon has an as needed requirement for fuel delivery to include diesel (either #1 winterized or #2), unleaded gas, heating oil and propane. The contractor shall made deliveries to: Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge, Plush, OR 97637, which is located approximately 60 miles NE of Lakeview, OR on Lake County Road 312. Partial access is on graded roads and includes a steep grade, and Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge, Denio, NV 89404, approximately 60 miles east of Lakeview, OR on Highway 140. The contract type is a five year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity requirements contract. Individual task orders will be placed for each delivery. Deliveries shall be made within 2 days of receipt of task orders. The Government will use the following web site to determine fair and reasonable price for the day. http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/gdu/gasdiesel.asp A call will be made to the awarded contractor 2 days prior to delivery for a price quote. Task orders will be priced this way due to the continual fluctuation of fuel costs. Drops include a usual minimum of approximately 1000-1500 gallons of diesel, 1000 gallons of unleaded and #1 heating fuel of varying amounts. Winter conditions can include snow and ice on roads.
