- W9115U-07-T-0022 The Government intends to purchase TACLANE GIG-E, Gig-E Encryptors Release 3.1. This action will be procured as a small business set-aside for a non-commercial acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 15. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Pur chase Order. The NAICS code is 423430 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The TACLANE is the only National Security Agency (NSA) approved Type 1 Encryption device used for SIPRNET, JWICS, and other classified networks. The Request for Quote (RFQ) W 9115U-07-T-0022 will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or after 25 April 2007. Anyone interested in participating in this procurement must obtain a copy of the soliciation from the ASFI web site. All responses must be written and sent via electronic mail. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), accessed at http://www.ccr.gov. The Government will not accept telephone inquiries or responses.
