Description
The purpose of this amendment is to include the Statement of Work referenced to be attached in the original solicitation. Due to technical issues the statement of work will not be attached but instead included in this amendment below: Statement of Work 1. Scope The Command Group of ARDEC HQ has a requirement to replace the existing Audio- Video (A/V) equipment to be integrated into the existing AMX control panel. The equipment includes three (3) A/V projectors, one (1) AMX desktop control system which integrates and controls the VTC, the projection system and the glass projection screen. 2. Material 2.1 One (1) Rigid Glass Projection Screen (3/8" thick screen, 61 3/8 (h) x 161 3/8 (w)) - Flexible rear diffusion material composed of dark tint for extra contrast for high performance in ambient light conditions. Low gain level for wide angle of view. Resistance to vibration or impact. Anti???hot spotting with the capability to preserve stereoscopic (3D) images or equivalent. 2.2 Three (3) Projectors ??? 520 TV lines Resolution, XGA, 400 A.L., 1000:1 Contrast, DLP, Power Zoom Lens w/H&V or equivalent. 3. Requirement All three (3) projectors shall be integrated to the existing AMX touch screen control, which is the control panel that currently controls the Audio\Visual system and the VTC system, with Netmod Shell houses NXC control cards. All cables and wires shall be connected to the existing system without interfering with the performance. 4. Deliverables 4.1 The contractor shall remove the current three (3) projectors and replace them with three (3) high resolution (see Para. 2.2) Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) projectors. 4.2 The contractor shall make sure that all (3) new projectors have audio and visual capabilities that can be controlled from the desktop using the existing AMX control system. 4.3 The contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing glass projection screen and replace with a new glass projection screen (see Para. 2.1). The new screen will be brought up from the ground floor and installed in Room 460 on the 4th Floor. 4.4 The contractor shall work around the schedule of the activities that are normally done in the conference room. 4.5 The contractor shall perform tests of the complete system, verifying that the system integrates and functions correctly. 4.6 The contractor shall clean up work site(s) and dispose of all waste materials. 5. Period of Performance: Not to exceed 60 days after contract award.
