- The Joint Contracting Command - Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-IA), on behalf of the Multi-National Corps-Iraq (MNC-I), intends to procure all resources, personnel, equipment and management necessary to operate and maintain the Base Camp in support of the Iraq Assistance Group (IAG) at Phoenix Academy located in Taji, Iraq. The government intends to award a FFP-IDIQ type contract for a period of one base year and four option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration by JCCIA.
