- BEST VALUE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project DPEZ992003/009037, Repair/Add to Fire Station, Wyoming Air National Guard Base, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Work will be performed in accordance with plans and technical specifications. This project is being soli cited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237999 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $28.5M of average annual receipts for the past 3 years. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to t he Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (ref. FAR 19.1007(a)(2)). Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 52.219-4, is applicable. Project Magnitude is between $1M and $5M.
