- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for Nikon equipment: 4 DTM-652 Total Station, 4 BC-80 Battery, 4 Tripod Wood/Fiberglass Quick Clamp, 4 Prism Pole 8.5 TLV Lock, 4 Premier Prism Assembly, and 4 T riple Prism Assembly Tilting. This requirement is for a large business. The applicable NAICS code is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. We prefer to make payments by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in th e Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on you unit tat demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. F rom the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.232-36).
