- The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a request for quotation for a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) purchase order of various clothing and associated items to be used in training scenarios. The resulting contract will be one year base pe riod of 01 May 2007 to 30 Apr 2008 with a one year option if exercised. Items will have not-to-exceed quantities and will be ordered as needed. The applicable NAICS codes are: 453998, 316213, 423460, 339999, 334290, 332212, 335129, 448110 and 448150. I ssue date will be on or about 12 Apr 2007 with offer due date on or about 2:30 PM (CST)19 Apr 2007. Vendor must bid on ALL items to be considered for award. Each line item must have ONLY ONE unit price extended to a maximum of 2 decimal places. Please DO NOT contact SGT Vega who is listed in the shipping address.
