- Contractor shall provide 6,450 Net Tons of ABC Crush and Run to be delivered to range 63 Stockpile and 2,347 Net Tons of ASTM #4 Stone to be delivered to range 25 on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set- aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 212319 and business size standard is 500 employees. The resultant order will be a fixed price order. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (the website may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov/ccr/scrits/index.html.) The entire solicitation will be issued electronically at the Army Single Face to Industry website: http://www.bragg.arm y.mil/www-doc/Contractors/SOLICIT.HTM (paper copies will not be available.) The solicitation, attachments and specifications will only be available by downloading the documents from the ASFI website. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to che ck the website frequently/daily for the solicitation and any posted changes to the solicitation. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for quote receipt. No telephone requests will be honored. As a condition of receipt of a n order, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DOD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance docum ents electronically. The web-site for registration is http://rmb.ogden.disa.mil.
