- Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) will be issuing solicitation W911S007R0001 on or about 08 May 2007 for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization (SATMO), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, And Security Assistance Field Act ivity (SATFA), Fort Monroe, Virginia. This solicitation is in response to Sources Sought Announcement W911S0-06-S-DC01. The Contractor shall provide support services to train and technically assist U.S. Allied Military and foreign Defense Personnel, not U.S. Army personnel, overseas in support of geographically aligned Combatant Commanders Security Cooperation Strategies, U.S. Foreign Policy and the Global War on Terrorism. SATFA teams will train foreign personnel in the United States (CONUS) primarily at, or near, Army schools and bases. Services shall be provided utilizing various DoD, and U.S. Army regulations, policies, procedures and U.S. Army approved training materials. A multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is contemp lated for a One (1) year Base period, and Four (4), One (1) year, Option Periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAISC) is 611699 with a size standard of $6M. This action is solicitated on an UNRESTRICTED basis, with th e goal of reserving one award for Small Disadvantaged, Hub Zone. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The entire solicitation package can be obtained through the Army's Single Face to Industry (ASFI) web site at http://acquisition.army.mil , under Business Opportunities on or about 08 May 2007. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the ASFI website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
