- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Scarf shall be of 100% virgin wool, Class I, of tubular constr uction, bleached white. Cable #8001. The Standard color reference of American, Tenth Edition. Unscratched length shall be 50 inches, and single fold width 8 ? inches. Ends finished with an overlook stitch with no fringe. The gauge of the stitching shall be 3/16 plus or minus 1/16th of an inch. A SAMPLE OF THE SCARF MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH QUOTE at no cost to the government.
