- The Scope of this service is THE MAINTENANCE OF 530 MILITARY FAMILY LEASED HOUSNG UNITS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES FROM THE AVIANO AIR BASE (PN), ITALY. Specifically the Performance Work Statement includes the following principal features: (1) A service call center with response capability 24 hours a day 365 days a year. (2) The periodic maintenance of installed equipment and (3) Change of Occupancy Maintenance as well as (4) common area maintenance.
