- Description
- The Government has a requirement for creating on-line training course(s) for the Secretary of the Air Force, Inspector General (SAF/IG). This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside that will be evaluated using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) source selection procedures. The projected period of performance will consist of a base period, from the date of award to 30 September 2007, with two (2) additional twelve month option periods. The anticipated award date is 31 May 07. The project will result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with Task Orders that will be issued as Firm Fixed Price or Labor Hour. The NAICS code is 516110 and the size standard is $22M. Please monitor this site, and GSA EBuy site for further information pertaining to this acquisition. We plan to issue the electronic solicitation of the Performance Work Statement and the Request for Proposal on or about 24 April 07 to GSA E-Buy. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Lack of registration in the CCR and with ORCA will make the offeror ineligible for award. Prospective contractors must also have the ability to obtain Common Access Cards (CACs). Currently, funding is unavailable, but we anticipate funding will be available by time of contract award.
