- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, providing all materials and labor to install an Overhead Bridge Crane in Bldg 208 at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware 19902. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued as 100 % set aside for SMALL BUSINESS concerns. NAICS for this solicitation is 333923 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to: Department of the Air Force (USAF), Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available.
