Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT that the Government intends to make a Sole Source 6 month contract extension as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) to ADT Security Services, Inc., 3601 Eisenhower Ave., 3rd Floor, Alexandria, VA 22304. ADT is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for Intrusion Detection Equipment (IDE) Maintenance. The work involves maintenance of over 300,000 pieces of equipment, system inspections, training of personnel, and 24/7 emergency response. The current system is majority owned by ADT.
