- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15. A written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621991, Size standard is $8.5 million. Provide whole blood, packed red cells, FFP, platelets cryoprecipitate, etc. for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS), which includes the VA Medical Centers in Gainesville and Lake City, Florida, in accordance with terms and provisions of this solicitation for the period June 1, 2007 - May 31, 2008. All proposals are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by close of business, 4:30PM, May 15, 2007. Electronic versions of proposals are not acceptable. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available April 15, 2007. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendment or additional information issued to this solicitation will also be available electronically at the URL address; Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. Request for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone request will be accepted.
