- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to Congressional Quarterly to provide subscriptions to an internet based software system. This system is used as a congressional tracking system for the purpose of gathering, storing and retrieval of information critical to reauthorization of the Highway Bill. Congressional Quarterly is the only known that has all the necessary information available in one source. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date April 24, 2007.
