- The Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Program Review Office (PRO) intends to issue a brand name purchase order on a sole source basis to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, 1800 Tysons Boulevard, McLean, VA 22102, for the TeamMate Audit Management System. This product is not produced or sold through any third party vendor. PriceWaterhouseCoopers is the sole manufacturer. The TeamMate Audit Management Systems software license includes one year of product upgrades and support as well as implementation assistance and training. This software will assist PRO with developing annual internal review plans, conducting internal reviews and testing of mission critical key controls, preparing and electronically submitting workpapers for supervisory review, reviewing and electronically approving workpapers, electronically maintaining review workpapers for future use, and tracking and reporting on open audit and internal review recommendations. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement by either brand name or equal item will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing to OJP, 810 7th Street, NW, Room 3626, Washington, DC 20531, Attn: Karen L. Washington, by facsimile at (202) 307-0086 or by email at Karen.Stringfield@usdoj.gov within 7 days of the published date of this notice. Documents over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. All OJP contractors are required to register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. If no competitive responses are received, an award will be made to PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
