- THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 19.5. The Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Occupational Health Services, requires a Health and Wellness Fair Services for Health and Wellness Fairs to occur in Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 12.602 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. Award will be based upon best-value to the Offeror submitting the quoation that best meets or exceeds the Government's requirement at the most reasonable price. See the attached RFQ for details regarding requirements, instructions, and evaluation of Offerors. ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 4, 2007 AT 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME, ALL QUOTES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME, APRIL 13, 2007.
