- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice for a requirements contract which consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install septic tank/drain field systems in accordance with teh drawings and specifications. Work is to be performed in Del Norte, Humboldt, Siskiyou, and Trinity Counties, CA. Contractor must posses a valid Class "A", "C36", or "C42" license as defined by the California State Licensing Board (CSLB) or equivalent (out of state equivalent). This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All requests for bid packages must be in writing, telephone requests will not be accepted. It is anticipated that bid packages will be available on or after May 11, 2007.
