ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 11,000 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 5,500 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and quantity from Clin 0002- 5,500 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA with a delivery of 287 DARO or best possible delivery.
