Item 2915-00-798-9313, 0013590032, Servomechanism, Temperature Assembly, P/N 107B8128G1 is a configuration control, critical application item, sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 07482). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 9 each; all 9 pieces are to be delivered to Cherry Point, NC with a delivery of 149 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is April 12, 2007 with a closing date of April 18, 2007. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
