PR No: 0014639085. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Bearing, Roller, Airframe. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The award will be for a definite quantity. This procurement is unrestricted using full and open competition. This is source control to Boeing Helicopter, cage 772727, P/N 423RS252-2. The solicitation number, NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: SPM4A6-07-R-0619, NSN 3110-01-472-8891; EQ: 325 each with a 100% option requirement. Delivery: FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, PLT; 51 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 31, 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), full and open competition. Reference notes: 1, 23 and 26.
