- The purpose of this modification is to delete the construction of approximately 250 feet of sidewalk from the requirement. The requirement will only be for the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to replace and install an 80 foot flagpole. Additionally, a site-visit will be required, and the point of contact to schedule the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. The response date has been changed to May 4, 2007. The solicitation issue date has been changed to be on or about April 11, 2007. The contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to replace and install an 80 foot flagpole, and construct approximately 250 feet of sidewalk at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), Richmond, VA. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home on or about the issue date cited in the RFQ.
