If so, I will need to know how easels for how many days? Response: 3 easels for 4 days 2. Question: How many flipcharts for how many days? Response: 3 flipcharts for 4 days 3. Question: Microphone and podium for every day? Response: Microphone and podium for day 1 and day 4 only 4. Question: 1Overhead projector with screen every day in large meeting? Response: No overhead projector required. 1 Screen in large room for day 1. 3 screens in breakout rooms day 2, 3, and 4 (we can use one of these for the day 4 closing in large room) 5. Question: 1 Sound mixer for large room every day? Response: Sound mixer in large room for day 1 and day 4 only 6. Question: Is there five nights for lodging and four days for meeting space? Response: No, we need sleeping rooms for 3 nights. May 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We need the following meeting space: May 1st Day 1: 1 large room; May 2nd Day 2: 3 breakout rooms; May 3rd Day 3: 3 breakout rooms; May 4th Day 4: 3 breakout rooms/1 large room.
