- ANNUAL RENEWAL OF PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSING. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) intends to negotiate with SAS Institute, Inc., on a sole source basis, for the annual renewal of proprietary software licensing fees for the following SAS Software: Base SAS MESA 2000-224 E48289, SAS/AF MESA 2000-224 E48289, SAS/FSP MESA 2000-224 E48289, SAS/Graph MESA 2000-224 E48289, SAS/ACCESS CA-IDMS MESA 2000-224 E48289, and SAS ASSIST MESA 2000-224 E48289. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses shall be emailed to jerry_pearo@ao.uscourts.gov. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
