- THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and constructing the Bayou Bodcau Project Office Building and associated work, located at Bayou Bodcau, Bossier Parish, Louisiana. Princi pal features of work include clearing and grubbing, backfill and embankment, corrugated metal pipe, waterlines, signs, seeding, asphaltic concrete pavement, pavement markings, concrete parking blocks, chain link fencing, flagpole, constructing the complete and fully operational building, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (Fed Biz Ops) Web Page at http ://www.fbo.gov/ . Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the Fed Biz Opps webpage often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 30 April 07. Bid Opening date on or about 31 May 07 at 1600 hours, local time at place of bid opening.
