- The purpose of the draft RFP is to solicit comments from industry relative to the proposed NAICS code and size standard. The contracting officer has determined that NAICS code 541330 (Engineering Services) with a size standard of $25M is the most appropriate one for this action. Offerors are requested to thoroughly review the Statement of Work and if they feel that this is not an appropriate NAICS code for this action they are requested to address their concerns. They should state why they feel this is not an appropriate code and submit what they feel is a more appropriate NAICS code with their specific rationale as to why it is more appropriate. Offerors in agreement with NAICS code 541330 are requested to provide a simple statement to that effect. Comments are to be provided to Mari Beckler at email address Mari.Beckler@wsmr.army.mil by close of business 9 May 2007.
