- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with A&B Environmental, Inc., 322 Adelphia Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727-0398. The contractor shall Retrofit/Replace a 1960 Ransco Environmental Chamber which is tied to an on-going maintenance contract for the chamber, compressors, controller, dryer, and other components. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement i s 334512 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00 PM , Eastern Daylight Time, Friday, April 13, 20 07.
