- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code is 334516, Size Standard not to exceed 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition number F2KBAD7080A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 effective 22 Mar 07. The Government intends to award the following (CLIN 0001) Optical Isolator Model NO: PI-09-YB Operating Wavelength: 1064-NM Isolation @ 1064NM: 32-38-dB Insertation loss: 0.6-1.3-dB Return loss at input/output interface: 50-dB Extinction from output fiber slow axis: 20-dB Power handling: 200-W/cw 9-mm clear aperture or equal.. QUANTITY: 16 UNIT OF MEASURE: Each DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 April, 2007 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
