- Description
- Provide tree trimming services to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. The contractor will prune trees and remove dead limbs from the VA grounds for approximately three hundred seventy-six (376) trees. The solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. NAICS is 561730, size standard is $6.5M. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. Solicitation documents will be available for download as of today. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the soliciations. The VA will not provide hard copies of the solicitation or amendment(s). Note: Contractor is responsible for downloading all documets, including amendments. All questions will be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email or fax. Faxed, telephoned or emailed proposals will NOT be accepted.
