- this is a modification to change the issue and closing date of this solicitation. The issue date is April 30, 2007 with a closing date of May 30, 2007. Solicitation Number, SPM4A6-07-R-0071, IQC06206009008, NSN 5365-01-360-1731, Spacer, Ring. Unit of Issue is each, Unrestricted. Critical Application Item. Approved sources are Stevenson and Stevenson Tactical, Cage 0FW39, Part Number 29508167 and Allison Transmission, General, Cage 73342, Part Number 29508167.FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 167 each for the base year and for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity which are 42 each for the base year and each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Maximum quantity is 167 each for the base year and each option year thereafter. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
