- SPM4A6-07-R-0470 will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Proposal for NSN 6850-00-270-6225, Chlorination Kit (KT), i/a/w DSCR Cutsheet DSCR-289, where DSCR-289 is the same as Spec O-C-289G dtd 27 DEC 1985, the kit shall contain the following items: 100 Tubes Calcium Hypochlorite Powder or 104 Tablets; 150 Chlorine Test Tablets, DPD No. 1; Color Comparator, Instruction Sheet. CAL HYPO Tablets shall weigh 0.61 GM ea with Tablet dia. of 5/8" and min 65% avail Chlorine and packaged in Berry Plastics Pry-Off CO P/N T20604PR (4 OZ) w/ a Desiccant Packet included D.O.T. Class: 5.1. Shipping Name: Calcium Hypochlorite, Hydrated UN2880. IQC07043009013 applies for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for one base year and 2 one-year option periods. Estimated Annual Quantity is 1,776 KT each year of the contract, total 5,328 KT. Maximum quantity for each contract year is 2,664 KT, total 7,992 KTs. The guaranteed minimum, which applies only to the base year, is 444 KT. Surge applies, with a total quantity of 5,238,416 (4 KT, 30 DARO; 1,212,974 KT, 90 DARO; 1,314,596 KT, 120 DARO; 1,349,347 KT, 150 DARO; and 1,351,495 KT, 180 DARO.
