- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 9,738 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for the Public Defender. The Public Defender currently occupies space in Harrisburg, and the cost of a physical move as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. LEASE TERM: Ten years (10) with termination rights in whole or in part by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy.
