This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 10, 2007. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number is N8360071083. The work consists of site preparation, remover of two (2) existing toilets, furnish, and install two (2) new single vault toilets comprising sweet smelling technology (SST) and subsequently site restoration for Lake Mead National Recreation Area (Arizona Hot Springs) Mohave County, AZ. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code 238910, with a small business size standard of $13.0 million. This is a Best Value Procurement and will be used as a comparative evaluation of proposal based on price, quality and past performance qualifications. In order to download the solicitation, interested vendors must register at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. It is mandatory that all contractors register in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov) prior to award. The anticipated award date is April 26, 2007.
