- Description
- The scope of the project is to complete rehabilitation of the 13,000 foot long by 22 wide road across Harlan County Dam. The work is located in Harlan County, NE, 8 miles east of Alma, NE. The work consists of grinding up the existing 4-6 inches o f existing asphalt surface and hauling it to a nearby government stockpile area. The contractor will then regrade and compact the existing gravel roadbed. Up to one inch of new road bed material may have to be added to bring the road to the necessary gra de. The contractor will then place 3 intermediate course asphalt overlay followed by a 2 surface course asphalt overlay.
