- Northern Region Contracting Center, Fort Eustis, VA anticipates issuing solicitation W912SU-07-R-0007 on or about 18 April 2007 for functional support services for HQ Cadet Command, Fort Monroe, VA. U.S. Army Cadet Command requires functional suppor t for Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) administrative and logistical support, instruction, recruiting, retention, and training services at 273 host college campuses and 530 partnership schools throughout the U.S. and its territories. In addition, a dministrative, staffing and recruiting support is required at 14 Brigades Headquarters, two Region Headquarters, and U.S. Army Cadet Command Headquarters. Contractor personnel are also required to provide on-site support during summer months at Leaders T raining Course (LTC, currently held at Ft Knox, KY) and Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC, currently held at Ft Lewis, WA). A host campus is defined as a university that has been approved by the Department of the Army (DA) to run an Army ROTC program. All administrative and training responsibilities fall to the host, to include maintaining all partnership agreements. A competitive Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with Award Fee is contemplated with a 60 day phase-in, 10-month base period and three (3) one-year option periods. The requirement will be solicited as full and open competition. The applicable NAICS c ode is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $6.5M. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 18 April 2007. All amendments to the solicitation wil l be likewise posted on the ASFI website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
