- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Huachuca is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, chemicals, and other items necessary to perform mainten ance of fire suppression systems in approximately eighteen (18) different locations, all located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall follow all ma nufacturers recommendations for maintenance of fire suppression systems. The Technical Exhibits and the Performance Work Statement detailing the frequency, locations and work performance requirements can be requested from the Contract Specialist listed b elow. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Days Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Friday, 20 April 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price for a base and four (4) I year options.
