- **Notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source.** The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Specialized Contracting Branch intends to acquire specialized computer programming and technical services via a Not to Exceed (NTE) Labor-Hour task order to provide Enterprise Information Management (EIM) development support services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Booz Allen Hamilton, under General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technical (IT) Professional Services contract vehicle GS-35F-0306J, under the authority, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii); Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Subsidiary to these support services the government will acquire the following open market items integral to the performance of the contract: Two Dell PowerEdge 860 servers with accompanying software licenses for ISA Server Enterprise Edition and Version 3 Enhanced Authentication Licensing. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 9 Apr 2007 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The resultant contract period of performance includes a base period 16 Apr 2007 through 15 Jul 2007. The first option period of performance is from 16 July 2007 to 15 Aug 2007. The second option period of performance is from 16 Aug 2007 to 15 Sep 2007. Verbal requests or responses will not be acted upon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $23M.
