Aluminum # AC 001073-01 manufactured by BMG of Kansas, Inc. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The applicable NAICS is 332431 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Any interested parties, other than BMG of Kansas, INC, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 5 calendar days after the posted date of this announcement.
