Description
This amendment is hereby issued to: I) update the statement of work. The requirement for the solution to provide a stand alone LAN system has changed from the need to operate from a wireless internet source to a Government provided DSL internet source. The following is deleted from the statement of work: "Stand alone LAN system, which operates from a wireless internet source allowing for video to be viewed over internet by authorized individuals." And is replaced with the following: "Stand alone LAN system, which operates from a Government provided DSL internet source allowing for video to be viewed over internet by authorized individuals." II) include the following method of evaluation: Award for this requirement will be made to the quoter with the lowest price whose solution meets the requirements of the statement of work and acceptable past performance. Quoters shall include three references including points of contact, and contact information. III) incorporate into the solicitation, by reference, the following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) solicitation provisions: a) 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items b) 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items c) 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items d) 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items; provisions: (a), (b)(3), (7), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (26), (c) e) 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services (The Contracting Officer must exercise the Option within fifteen days) f ) 52.217-9 - Option to Extend the Term of the Contract ((a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within thirty days; (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any option under this clause, shall not exceed three years) It is requested that vendors who have already submitted a quote for this requirement, only submit their changes (price and/or technical), as needed to conform to the changes above. All quotations must be received no later than 3:00 PM, EST, April, 13, 2007.
