- THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking firms interested in providing Bag meals for the Oakdale Service Processing Center, 1010 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, for preparation of the bag meals. The Government contemplates an award of a Fixed Price Contract, for a base period with option for four (4) additional one-year option periods. The NAICS Code is 722310 and the Size Standard is $19 million. The Quotation due date is April 15, 2007 @ 4:00 p.m. PT. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. It is the quoter?s responsibility to monitor the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments.
