- The National Data Buoy Center intends to negotiate only with Del Mar Avionics of Irvine, CA for 1 Each Del Mar Avionics Hydra Set precision load positioner: Model D (P/N: A20-00) with a remote control console (P/N: CC1-400). It includes a 10 ton Hydra set and CC1-400 gas controller, complete with standard fail-safe and gauge-saver, 12 inch piston stroke, built in electronic linear display, electronic weight display, standard 4-foot and 100 foot hoses, rollaway and "K"--bottle accessory kit, storage stand, and a vinyl protective Hydra Set cover. NDBC uses the probes as the main sensing element in the NDBC humidity sensoris equipment to test specific DART equipment. It's a specific operating console associated with specific precision load positioner package. This is the only system that will operate in conjunction with the NAVO system.
