Description
NSN 6135-01-324-2505, Battery, Nonrechargeable, in accordance with Tadrian Electronic Industries, Inc, Cage 0BYG1, Part Number TL-2100/T, Karen M. Campbell, Cage 3GTP1, Part Number L2525/T and Mathews Associates, Inc., Cage 4U927, Part Number MAI-146710. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Only bids from SDVOSB firms will be considered for award. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one base year and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum is 794 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 3,177 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 6,354 EA. FOB destination, inspection /acceptance destination. Both stock and customer direct lines will be included. Requested delivery for stock shipments is 30 DARO. Requested delivery for customer direct shipments are based on the priority of the order and follow the Time Definite Delivery Standards of 2, 5, and 10 days. Possible stock and customer direct delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. There is a surge requirement for this IQC requiring a quantity of 632 EA. This item is hazardous and a Material Safety Data Sheet is required and should be submitted at the time of proposal. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about April 20, 2007 and close on or about May 21, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
