- DSCC is soliciting for a Contract consisting of 287 each of a Repair Part to support miscellaneous weapon systems. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/ after the issue date 04/23/07. COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Drawings / specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. This acquisition is for a SOURCED CONTROLLED drawing where the Government intends to solicit and contract with reasonable sources supplying the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
