Description

DRMS intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the maintenance of existing XYenterprise Software (30 New Crossing Road, Reading, Pa 01867) used at the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI by the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Maintenance services on the software are necessary in order to carry out the DLIS mission. The following XYEnterprise annual maintenance is required. Manufacturers part numbers are shown in parentheses: Content@ Server-Unix (Con@SVR-UNIX-M), Content@ Unix Client (CONTENT@CLIENT-M), Content@ Client NT (CONT@CLIENT-NT-M), Content@ API (CONTENT@API-M), Arbortext Epic Editor AI (EPIC-AI-M), XPP-AI (XPP-AI-M) This notice of intent is not a request of competitive proposals. However, If a vendor feels that they can offer this service their response must be received by 4:30 PM 10 Apr 2007 to receive possible consideration by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
