- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: 1) Gigahertz Transverse Electromagnetic Cell, Model 5411 with frequency range of 9 kHz to 5 GHz with OATS correlation and DC- 20 GHz (Quantity ? 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to ETS-Lindgren due to the unique frequency range. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
